Where's my Jelly Deck? 📦
We know the wait is the hardest part! Here's how to check on your order:
- Check your email. As soon as your order ships, we send a confirmation email with your tracking number. Peek in your inbox (and your spam/promotions folder, just in case).
- Click your tracking link. Tap the tracking number in that email to see your package's latest status.
How long does shipping take?
- USA / UK / Canada: 8–20 business days
- International: 12–20 business days (sometimes sooner)
Orders take 1–3 business days to process before they ship. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update — totally normal while your package gets going.
